Dr. Lasser serves as a member of the board of directors for several corporations comprising of various telecommunication companies in various stages of development. Dr. Lasser currently sits on the Board of Advisors for Anders-Larson Consulting. He has completed his International studies with a Doctorate in the Social Conduct of Business Ethics in Management. He holds his MBA from Wittfield University, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

• Dr. Lasser is the President of Telcore Holdings USA / Tariff Patrol and founder of Telcore Resource Group, Inc. (FiberSKY’s Parent Company) were he sits as Chairman; the company was formed to deploy broadband wireless solutions while using point to multi point wireless packet radio technology and fiber optic ring construction to deliver FiberSKY services.
• Tariff Patrol consists of using over 150 years of accumulative telecommunications tariff, legal and regulatory expertise and insight into "Dispute Resolution" strategies for our enterprise clients. The company assists corporations around North America to identify and provide legal forensic proof of telephone overcharges, billing errors, tariff violations and possible fraud within their communication network infrastructure.
• Dr. Lasser served as CEO / President and Chairman of @link Networks, a national DSL provider serving the corporate needs for broadband Wide Area Network solutions. He succeeded in negotiating venture funds for @link Networks while creating investment value in management, strategic positioning, corporate scalability, and broadband assets.
• Dr. Lasser has a total of 26 years experience in the capacity of Sales and Executive Management at nationally renowned companies such as Ameritech/SBC, Frontier/Schneider
