• Over 25 years in telecommunications and information technology in Project Management, Consulting and Network Engineering in the telecommunications industry.
• Developed an enterprise solution for a large multinational firm resulting in Cost Savings of over $20 Million over the contract term.
• Experience with international and domestic WAN/LAN/Voice.
• Evaluate cost and business fit for new strategies into client’s environment. Develop solution recommendations by issuing RFI/RFP documents, preparing financial analysis, and leading product and vendor selection.
• Evaluate technical solutions, consider existing infrastructure and relevant business issues; recommend equipment and facilities; assist in testing of equipment and service implementation.
• Support Telecommunication Carriers voice, data and video network components and delivery of systems requirements. Support network interfaces both within the full services network arena and logistics management in a multi-vendor atmosphere.
• Manage subcontractors to perform such functions as network design and optimization, network element and component/vendor selection, network evaluation and network construction.
