  • Implemented 1200 workstations in 5 call centers over a 3 month period for one of the largest long distance providers.
  • Extensive e-business implementation experience including e-mail integration with Lucent Definity switches and providing click-to-chat and click-to-talk functionality. Websites comprised a variety of e-commerce business models including major on-line auction sites, a travel reservation site, group health insurance provider and a sports site.
  • Implemented a Siebel call center for a national energy utility active in the deregulated energy industry.
  • Implemented an Oracle Financials based call center for a leading network product reseller.
  • Member of due diligence teams for strategic new business acquisitions. Post acquisition was responsible for the integration of the acquired networks and systems with the acquiring corporation.
  • Designed and developed the communications and network infrastructure for an annual nationally televised educational telethon.
